SPECIAL MEETING
February 23, 2010
Called to order at 6:00 p.m.
PRESENT: Attorney: Graham; Township Board: Manigold; Hoffman; Weatherholt; Horton;
Byron; Rosi; Planning Commission: Elashkar; Serocki; Kohler; Hosmer; O'Keefe; Zoning
Board of Appeals: Soutear; Cowall, Love, Staff Leonard; Uecker & Witkop.
ABSENT: Wilson, Leak, Vida, & Love (excused)
The purpose of this meeting was for the new township attorney to review the current zoning
ordinance for the all the boards and some staff members of the township. All boards came to the
consensus that the township ordinance needs to be reorganized.
There being no further business the study session adjourned at 7:10 p.m.
