TYPE OF DEVELOPMENT; Attach a 22' by 40' roof awning over an existing garden area at the southwest corner of the Old Mission Tavern building and allow food and beverage service under the addition.

The Boathouse Restaurant

The applicant has requested permission to add to a deck, add to a kitchen, a sign, a tent, and to be allowed musical entertainment at the restaurant. A Development Review Committee meeting will be scheduled to review their application.
